Drums

Bristol born, Nathanael Jones was born into a Musical family of singers & Musicians. Having the privilege of being exposed to a variety of styles of Music (mainly Gospel, Jazz & Funk) & instruments from birth Nathanael eventually gravitated towards the Drums. This began by Nathanael making make-shift drums out of sofas, catalogues & pillows in his home until he was able sit on a real drum kit. Nathanael is a Self-taught Musician & like many top (working) Musicians of today, Nathanael honed his craft playing in his Church (alongside his Mum & Godfather) which he still does to this day whenever possible.

 

Nathanael attributes his inspiration to many Musicians outside of his instrument but his favourite Drummers include: Dennis Chambers, Omar Hakim, Chris Dave, Spanky McCurdy  & Stanley Randolph to name a few.
